Our programs and projects include:
- radio & television production, including dramas & talk shows, video documentaries and institutional profiles, public service announcements for radio, television and print
- design of print IEC Materials, including books, institutional annual reports, magazines, posters, flyers, streamers & billboards
- development & production of teaching & training modules on gender, health and development issues
- development of campaign strategies for gender, health and development issues
WoMedia is the Philippines' most experienced producer of media programs & IEC materials dealing with gender & reproductive heatlh issues
- its programs and productions have been cited and used as models for the gender and health programs in the Philippines and other Asian countries
- its pioneering productions WomanWatch & Radyo WomanWatch won the catholic Mass Media Awards under the category "Best Women's Program" in radio & televison (1988, 1989 and 1990)
- in 2000, WoMedia developed the Department of Health's 1st campaign on Women's Health & Safe Motherhood entitled Hindi Kailangan Magtiis (You don't need to endure suffering)
- also in 2000, working together with KALAKASAN & BBDO-Guerrero/Ortega, WoMedia developed television & print materials on domestic violence and HIV/AIDS, many of which won the Araw Award for Excellence during the Philippine Advertising Congress
- in June 2004, WoMedia began airing its weekly teaching video modules on Adolescent Reproductive Health over the Knowledge Channel. Entitled Bodytalk, these modules have been produced mainly for the 1.2 million high school students, who are the main audience of the cable station's school-based weekday programming. It is anchored by young celebrity Aiza Seguerra.
